The Subject of Company includes: To manufacture, distribute, purchase, sell, export and import any permitted merchandises, to take the agency of a foreign or domestic company and or establish an agency in any foreign country and or give agency to any foreign company, to carry out any commercial and business affairs inside of Iran or abroad; to manufacture any goods for domestic sale and export; to participate and invest in any activity with any natural person or legal entity; to clear goods from customs and factorage, to take out loan and foreign exchange or Rial credit facilities from any domestic or foreign institutions and banks, to take part in domestic or foreign bids and auctions, to enter into partnership, to purchase, develop, complete, start up and manage any development , productive, service, business and agricultural plans and projects, and joint venture; to provide managerial consultation and consulting services.
